- VNSG 1423 - Basic Nursing Skills
Credits 4 Lecture Hours 3 Lab Hours 3 Mastery of basic nursing skills and competencies for a variety of healthcare settings. Utilization of the nursing process as the foundation for all nursing interventions. The student will demonstrate safe and competent basic nursing skills, describe how each step in the nursing process relates to nursing care and discuss the implementation of basic nursing skills in a variety of health care settings.
